Total Budget: 82,865.20 €

Project Management includes all coordination actions. It includes also quality management and the organization of 4 project meetings. The internal communications are established, reporting procedures are determined and financial management – reporting are ensured.

  • T2.1: Development of communication strategies for all types of disasters between the consortium and other national/local authorities that are involved in the execution of the crisis management (CMC)
  • T2.2: Development of visibility plan, a Layman’s report published, HELP’s identity designed (MIAR)
  • T2.3: Creation of a website and maintaining (IHU)
  • T2.4a & T2.4b: Organisation of one Local Info Day in Thessaloniki (HRT) and two Local Info Days in Strumica (CDSEPR)
  • T2.4c: Final Event in Serres (MIAR)
  • T2.5: Production of a highly professional demonstration video (IHU)

  • T3.1: Development of Action Plans, including national and Cross-border Protocols for Communication, Coordination and Cooperation (CMC)
  • T3.2 & T3.3: Development of protocols for Communication, Coordination and Cooperation among all stakeholders & national/regional/local authorities (part of the crisis management system) (CMC&MIAR)
  • T3.4: Development of protocols for Cross-border Communication, Coordination &Cooperation (CMC)

Total Budget: 77,350.00 €

T4.1: Defining potential end-users of the infrastructure (operating teams, humanitarian response teams: rescuers, medical teams etc., and authorities from the affected areas), and to provide detailed designs based on their operational and technical needs of the end-users
T4.2: Development of use cases, illustrated through Unified Modelling Language Diagrams
T4.3: Analyses of available technologies and infrastructures and assessment for their cost-effectiveness in order to optimally design the containers (IHU&HRT)
T4.4: Providing detailed designs for the C4I and MED containers (IHU)

Total Budget: 531,778.00 €

  • T5.1: Tendering and procured equipment and 3 containers (of 2 types) will be constructed; 2 C4I and 1 MED. IHU and CDSERP will be local for the two countries (IHU)
  • T5.2: Drafting of a users’ Manual as a guide for end-users on practical aspects (transportation, setup, use). Prototypes will be tested in close-to-reality conditions for their functionality, adaptability, and ability to fit into a general relief operation plan (HRT)
  • T5.3: Validation-conducted internally (consortium members) and externally (external experts). The containers’ functionality will be demonstrated and the identified stakeholders will be trained, with focus on citizens’ mobilization & support of volunteering to increase disaster resilience and emergency preparedness, or the development of cross-border networks for co-operations (CMC)
  • T5.4: Production of training material and organisation of 3 training workshops (CMC). IHU will organize training for maintenance staff; HRT&CMC for training rescue and other operation teams.

 

Total Budget: 66,772.10 €

  • T6.1: Development of a Crisis Management Plan (CMP) containing basic protocols & guidelines to follow in an emergency so to assist in effectively & efficiently managing the crisis & its aftermath (CMC)
  • T6.2: Drafting memorandum for developed infrastructure exploitation after the project’s lifetime
  • T6.3: Performing 3 pilots: One in Greece (MIAR), one in the Republic of North Macedonia (CDSEPR) and one joint pilot to validate the compatibility and the cooperation in both countries
